Hi everyone,

I have a room available for rent in the Templestowe Village area. It’s in a great location—just a 1-minute walk to the bus stop, a 2-minute walk to many restaurants and cafes, and a 4-minute walk to the IGA supermarket.

The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet. The area is very safe and quiet.

The rent is $ per month, plus bills which will be split between two people. A bond of $ is also required.
