For myself & my yr old son.

Looking for a room for my yr old son & myself. We would rarely be home during the week because we leave in the am for his summer school & he starts school again in August. Even then on off days we're not there much. I tend to take him out & about to burn off energy. a pretty quiet person, who doesn't want to deal with any extra drama. I would prefer a private bathroom just because my son has to use the restroom every secs. I do have a cat, he's currently staying with friends, but if pets are unavailable, he's more than comfortable to stay with them. My son is autistic, but he's pretty quiet for the most part. He has his moments but nothing to disruptive or knee jerking at pm.
