My name is Josh. I am a project manager in Rowlett, with 2 open rooms available.
The monthly rent is per room, all bills included, including coffee!


Both rooms are available as early as June th.

The rooms are upstairs, with their own shared bathroom.
One room comes with a fold-down desk, built into the wall.
The room with the desk is ft. The room without is ft.
There is also a living room upstairs that can be used for work/school/lounging.

The house has a inch TV in the main (down stairs) living room with a private movie server attached.

The back yard has a patio with a couch and large umbrella, as well as a hammock.

There is a weight room in the garage with a full bench press and squat rack to use any time you want. There's also a dip bar, pull-up bar, resistance bands, and rubber weights.

I have 2 dogs, one elderly. They are very sweet and you are not expected to help with them.
I work from home, in my room downstairs, so the upstairs is solely your space.

I do not allow smoking in, or even around, the house.
You are welcome to paint an accent wall in the rooms and decorate how you see fit.
