Hard working Seniors

Description

We are 2 Professional non-smoking hard working Seniors looking for a place to call home. In Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows.
Our Current landlord has decided to sell after 8 years.
And now we find our self’s looking for a Minimum Large 2 Bedroom long-term self-contained ground level, (if possible) suite with lots of parking and storage.
Or in a perfect world a Carriage home on some acreage. Must be in Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows, preferred. Must have in-suite laundry.
We do have two additional members of our family which are our fur babies. A well-behaved small indoor Dog and an indoor cat, (Just Being honest and a % transparent) References available, (our current and past landlords have all been quoted as say we are the best tenants they have had, no issues at all) Tenancy insurance in place % etc.
I work as a Superintendent for a large construction company and my wife is a fitness instructor in MR, plus manages a local dance studio.
In addition, I do renovations etc. and my services are available for any improvements or repairs. We have always treated our residence as our own.

PS In case your ad says no pets, and so did the landlord where we currently have been living for 8 years and pervious rentals. But after meeting our fur babies they see how much they mean to us as part of the family as there has never been an issue. Always willing to pay a pet deposit. The cat is over years old and never goes out and the dog is a well trained 7 year old.
