Hey! I’m looking for a female flatmate to share a peaceful, fully furnished 2BHK with me.

You’ll have your own private bedroom (with a cot and cupboard) and an attached washroom. The flat is safe, calm, and ready to move in.

Rent you pay: ₹/month (Total flat rent is ₹, we split it equally)

I’ve already set up all the essentials — fridge, washing machine, gas stove, and more. You won’t have to worry about setting anything up, buying things, or spending extra later — it’s all already taken care of.

If you'd like to use all the shared appliances, there’s a small ₹ optional add-on to help cover my setup cost.

But it's totally optional — you're welcome to bring and use your own things if you prefer. Looking for someone mature, who values privacy, and appreciates a clean, calm, and well-maintained living space.
