Room for rent - House

Description

Three bedrooms available. I’m the only person carrying over into the next lease. Room sizes are roughly 12.5/12.5. If 2 bedrooms are filled rent will be 800, but if all 3 are filled it will be split to ~550$ or so. Dogs and cats are allowed but have a size restriction and have to pay an upfront fee, but I think a lot can be negotiated with the homeowner.
Looking for someone that doesn’t mind that I play drums (timing is negotiable) and is willing to help keep the house clean. Cannabis friendly, looking for nice laid back people. Message me if you have any questions, or would like to schedule a house viewing. Thanks :)
