LOOKING FOR ROOMMATE

Description

Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to resign asap, lease starts in August (they send the renewal notice out early)
You’ll have:
✅ A private bedroom
✅ private bathroom
✅ Full kitchen + laundry in-unit
✅ paid parking is available, ($ for above ground, $ underground, otherwise its first come first serve)
✅WiFi, central air & heating
✅ pool, hot tub & gym
✅ pets allowed. there are dog breed restrictions, a pet fee (you can get ESA certified), and I do have a cat
-Rent: $ base + split utilities (usually $mo), + apartment monthly fees (CAM fee, trash valet, real estate tax etc. I gave an example month in the photos)
- deposit as it is a renewal
-Move-in date: August th, but the lease has to be signed asap to keep the price low.
