Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for my bath, sq ft. apartment! It's located right next to San Tan Village and across the street from an Aldi, Costco, and many other places. The complex that I live in is amazing and the leasing office is always helpful. The gym was just recently updated and got some new equipment; you also have access to the other apartments' gym, pool, and hot tub as well! The total that I pay for rent is about $ a month, including internet, valet trash, and smart home features. Also there is a huge laundry room, large patio, and a big storage area! There is months left on the lease currently, and it is a pet-friendly community. I love this apartment and I have no issues with it, I just need to move closer to home to help with my parents since they are older. I can send more pictures if needed! Just let me know!
