About the roomies

Married couple has a -bath condo in Cape Cottages, and our year old daughter is the only full-time resident. Since we have extra space, we’re looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to a responsible college student for the academic year (August–May).

She’s , very quiet, clean, smart, and mature. LOVES to shop! Not a big drinker or partier, but likes to go out occasionally. Currently working two part-time jobs while job hunting in her field.
