Roommate 2BR/BA - Venice/Mar Vista

Hey all! My name is Mitchell and I’m looking for a roommate to move into my current apartment West LA (Mar Vista/Venice).

A snapshot about me as a roommate: I am a year old male working professionally in the industry of B2B tech/product. I am very clean, quiet, and respectful. I work remotely and enjoy having a space where it’s not too hard to focus or have meetings during the day.

As a person: I enjoy sports, nature, hanging out with friends, trying new food, etc. I have a cat name Gastby who just turned 4 and is VERY friendly. Some of the mainstays during my week include going to the beach in the morning, going to my local farmers market on Sundays, and a lot of random activities just discovering west LA.

I have lived in my apartment since last July and honestly can’t speak higher about the area. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood but is close enough to Venice, Santa Monica, and Culver City where there’s a ton to do just minutes away. It is roughly 2 miles from the venice boardwalk. Unfortunately my roommate is moving to Spain in mid July and I am looking for someone to fill his spot.

I’m looking for a roommate preferably near myself in age.

The lease will be month to month and is around $ per month/person. The room shown in the video will be yours with the primary bathroom being predominantly yours as well as used for guests. We have a shared parking spot as well.
