Hey! I’m renting out the downstairs portion of my home at(message me for exact address) It’s a shared bath setup available for immediate move-in (July 1). Super unique spot — the front yard is literally the RSM lake, and you’re walking distance to shops, restaurants, and more.

I travel back and forth to Arizona for work, so I’m only in town for a few days every few weeks and keep my things in the upstairs bedroom. You’ll have the downstairs to yourself. Utilities are all included.
