One of our friends is moving out so looking to find someone to fill his spot on our lease.

This would be for a room w/ large closet and a shared bathroom. The house is sq ft w/ a small front yard and large backyard w/ a view. Inside has a massive living, dining, and kitchen space. All pretty updated including in washer, dryer, fridge, and stove

Within 5 min drive from groceries, gym, food and min drive from airport/downtown. Pretty convenient location in a quiet family neighborhood
