Hi! I’m Christian — I’m a working professional living in Cornelius, about minutes outside of Charlotte. I’m currently looking for a roommate to share my 2nd floor apartment. The room is available now, and rent is $/month plus $ for utilities. You’d have your own bathroom, and the bedroom comfortably fits a queen-size bed (as shown in the photos).

The common areas are already furnished, and the closet in the room will be cleared out before move-in. Washer and dryer is located in-unit. There is also a small balcony off the living room.
