About the Space:
Spacious and partially furnished basement suite available starting in July in the Reunion neighborhood of Commerce City—just steps from Reunion Elementary School and min from DIA!


Lease Term: 1 year preferred (open to 6-month lease for the right fit) This cozy basement suite includes a private bedroom, closet, partial bathroom, and a comfortable living area complete with a wet bar and mini fridge. You’ll also have shared access to the main entrance, kitchen (with extra fridge space if needed), laundry, in-home gym, and backyard. If you’d like, we can also add you to our community pool and Rec center access!

While the basement bathroom is still in progress, you’ll have full access to a main floor bathroom where your shower is located. In an effort to compensate for the unfinished basement bathroom, we’ll keep this bathroom stocked with toilet paper and cleaning supplies, and we’ll take care of cleaning the toilet and sink weekly. We mostly use our upstairs (3rd floor) bathrooms, so the space will feel semi-private.

Street and driveway parking available, with security cameras to help monitor your vehicle. All utilities are included—electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet—no hidden fees! About the Household:
We’re an LGBTQ+ and -friendly couple in our mid-thirties. We ask that cannabis be smoked outside or with a smoke containment device. Cigarette smoking is not allowed. We’re considerate, easygoing homeowners who keep our home clean and welcoming.

We do live with dogs and cats, so unfortunately we can’t accept additional pets. That said, your space is blocked off from our furry crew unless you’re open to some friendly animal cuddles!
