Hello, my name is Matthew. I’m a golf pro from New York. I’ve moved out to Vegas. Just bought a brand new rebuilt 4 bedroom house looking to rent one of the rooms. I have two German shepherds so you have to be OK with dogs, but it’s with all utilities included and a $ deposit That if your room looks clean on your last month you can use towards your last month. I can furnish the bedroom with a queen size bed, dresser, nightstand, and big TV if needed or I can leave it open. You will have your own private bathroom.
