Hello! Looking for a roomie to sign a 1 year lease at my bathroom available June st! It’s on Beverly Glen near Wilshire. Rent is $ each for the first 6 months. Then after the 6 months it raises to $. I’m willing to pay utilities to have the master bedroom. Ideal if you don’t have a car because a parking space in garage is $ extra a month! Deposit for the whole apartment is $ each.! It’s a very secure building! About me, year old lesbian. I work with kids and am an uber driver as well! I’m a musician too so I love music! I don’t do any drugs nor do I drink (it’s ok if you drink) absolutely no smoking of any kind on the property! I pretty much have all the furniture needed in the common areas… couch, ottoman , kitchen table, chairs all kitchen appliances needed, big screen tv a PS5 because why not?? 😉…. Lease requirements… must make 3x the total rent each month. Total rent the first 6 months is $. And past the 6 months it increases to $!
