Re-let opportunity

This is a re-let opportunity!
I along with my roommate are relocating to another place in the fall but we had already signed a new lease renewal.
There are two separate leases one for each bedroom.
I need my lease renewal to be taken over ASAP!
The base rent is $.
It's NOT ONLY catered to students!
The Apartment complex is called The George

1. Lease doesn’t start until August .
(Lease is from Fall of to the Summer of )
2. I am staying until my current lease ends. Which is on July th but I have to leave Statesboro on June st.
3. Only one person per bedroom only!
4. It is Furniture package.
5. It’s a nice environment and it is across from the Southern Campus.
