Private FURNISHED room (Bed, TV, dresser, desk) and a shared baths. Driveway parking. Garage space available for some storage. Washer and dryer on . Privacy fence in the back yard. Shared common areas, includes shared bathroom.

Rent is $ hundred and fifty. Utilities will be split 3 ways.

(Utility consists of internet, water, gas, electric, lawn mowing/upkeep) usually around $ One-hundred to one-hundred and fifty-ish a month additional to rent amount).

Looking for applicants who are non-drama that keeps good hygienic habits (especially in the shared bathroom), good communication skills, is okay with cats AND sharing in the household chores, PLEASE REACH OUT for more information
