LEASE TAKEOVER

Hello! My two roommates and I will be going abroad next spring and are looking for people to take over our lease at Pulaski Square. The apartment is a bath townhouse style located near the Vista area and a -minute walk from Darla Moore School of Business. We are ideally looking for three people, but we are flexible and open to other arrangements. The apartment is fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment complex has a pool, fitness center, study rooms, dog park, and clubhouse. The takeover would begin in January and run until the end of the lease (July ).
