Space open in my home

Description

Hi everyone- I’m quickly becoming an empty nester and I find myself in a home that is way too big for me & my 2 daughters. I have 3 bedrooms open upstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms, so if all 3 rooms are filled, then someone will have to share. There is also a full size living room, and wet bar including a sink and microwave. All of the spaces will be shared, so cleanliness cooperation and consideration count. I’d like to stay downstairs and not worry about what is happening upstairs. My home is in Keller. Depending on what everyone drives, there should be enough parking. If anyone requires a private bathroom, or even space in my garage for parking, I’d be willing to consider it for a rate. Upstairs there is also a beautiful balcony. There is also a pool and grill that can be used, as long as everyone is being considerate of each other .Also, be aware that I have 2 basset hounds and a little old chihuahua. They are not allowed upstairs- but I didn’t want anyone to be surprised…
