Spacious room for rent

Hello, we are a couple of three with a baby boy on the way! We are here looking for someone who is responsible and reliable. We are also looking for someone who is willing to help with some chores around the house and also clean up after them selves. As well as someone who knows how to live like a family in a way. We also want someone respectful and kind as well. With renting the bedroom you get your bathroom just a step away and also a living room upstairs, and a backyard to spend time if you would want. Also free parking on the street. We have WiFi and a big kitchen with newer appliances to cook with. Have dishwasher as well just need to rinse them off before putting em in. And with laundry it will be downstairs in the area where we live more then welcome to do laundry anytime you need just make sure to announce you are coming down before hand.
