I'm looking for a clean, organized, and trustworthy roommate for renting this private and quiet bedroom in Overland Park, KS (near Oak Park Mall, KS).

-- If you're looking to move in somewhere close to Prairie Village (KS), Leawood (KS), Shawnee/ Shawnee Mission (KS), Lenexa (KS), Olathe (KS), Roeland Park (KS), Raymore (MO), Kansas City (KCMO) areas, this is a good opportunity for you.

-- This room is located right in front of Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS, where all the main restaurants, shops, and other big stores are literally within walking distance. Public transport is always available right in front of the house.

-- This private furnished bedroom is available on a Month-to-Month Basis, but at least one month's advance notice will be required before leaving the room.
-- One month's refundable deposit would be required in addition to the first month's rent in advance before move-in.
