Beautiful Home in Gated Community

Description

Looking for a responsible and tidy roommate to share my beautiful home in a gated community in West Marietta. The private bedroom is unfurnished and spacious, easily fitting a queen-size bed, two nightstands, a chest of drawers, and a desk with chair. It also includes a double-door closet and a private bathroom. No pets.

You’ll have access to a garage and an in-home washer and dryer. Wi-Fi, gas, and electric bills will be split between us—your portion is typically around one hundred a month. A refundable security deposit of $one thousand is required.

I’m seeking someone who values a clean and well-maintained home and plans to stay at least a year. A mandatory background check is required.
