This basement room has a staircase leading to additional room for renters. The second room has another full-size closet for storage space. The renter will have a profile on the streaming services and access to WiFi at no additional costs. The room is for an individual; no children, pets, or roommates live in the same room. Each tenant has a bathroom, fridge space, and cabinet space to store things in the kitchen. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are a shared area. Everyone has full use of kitchen gadgets and kitchen appliances. A dog and cat live within the home, and these pets are the landlord's responsibility.
