• Shared kitchen and living room
• Safe, clean, and pet-loving environment
• Must be okay with rotating dog schedules
🛏️ Room Options:
• One private room with private bathroom – $/month
• Two private rooms with private bathroom – $/month
• Rooms are unfurnished, but an air mattress is available if needed
💵 Move-in Costs:
• First month’s rent + one month’s security deposit
• Pay of the household bills (utilities, internet, etc.)
🐶 Pet Policy:
• Must love dogs — the house has several
• Friendly dogs welcome
• Potty-trained cats okay
• No aggressive pets, please
🌳 Outdoor Space:
• Huge square foot backyard
• Secure, perfect for pets to run and play or for you to relax
