Hi there!
My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to share a cozy, faith-based home in Simpsonville, SC — just 5 minutes from downtown. We have one bedroom available that share one bathroom. It’s a great spot with a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room, yard, and garage, plus a community pool!

I work M–F (hours vary), and most weekends I’m out and about. We both are Christian and hope to find someone who is as well. At least goes to church or is in a small group. We host some kind of get together or study group every now and then. We value someone who is clean, respectful, and okay with splitting utilities at the end of the month. This is a no smoking household.
