Professional male in 's seeking room, bath and parking. I am looking for a living situation where I can receive some support services from a caregiver(not full time). I'm partially disabled with strong legs and weak arms. I'm very mobile but challenged by heavy lifting. I'm currently on a fixed income.

I have a fun, kind, respectful, calm and pleasant demeanor. Seeking similar. I'm an avid reader.

I am looking for a safe and comfortable living arrangement with a private room and bath on the westside preferably. However I am open to the right situation.

Private Room/private bath: I am looking for a private room.
Prefer a A walk-in shower with a hand-held shower hose.
