I have a fully furnished room/closet in a two bedroom bath townhouse in/near freedom park/dilworth available for rent immediately. Bathroom on is shared but I have a half bathroom I use outside of shared shower use. So full bath would be yours entirely for storage purposes.

**Rent is $ all inclusive.**

Ideal for a new person to town who is figuring out where to live, traveling nurses/doctors, etc. No pets, as I do have a sweet little week old puppy named Hampton. See last teo photos of her, she’s about lbs.

Ideal roommate is someone who doesn’t smoke & is pet free, new to area.
