Hi everyone! I am moving out of state at the end of summer (early September). My lease runs until April and I am looking for someone to take over!

We are the first tenants to live in the unit, so it is in great shape! I love living here so much, and will be so sad to leave.

I love the location of the building, we are right down the street from Kroger and a bunch of restaurants, and it’s only about a minute drive to get into downtown.

So, the lease takeover (sublease) I’m looking for would be starting early/mid September, running until April, with an option to renew!
