Description

Hi! My names Sage and I’m looking for a roommate to go in on bath in Malden with me. The address is Summer Street, Malden MA. I’m looking to sign a lease soon!

About the property:

- August 1st Move-in
- Rent is $/month so we’d split evenly — $/month
- Orange Line and Commuter rail are really close (5 min walk to malden center station)
- heat is included but all other utilities are to be paid by us
- there is permit parking for residents and a nearby public parking garage with monthly rates
- pet friendly (I have a cat) with $/month fee per pet
- dishwasher, microwave and fridge included, otherwise unfurnisheded
- laundry facilities in building (coin op in basement)

About me:

- just graduated with my masters degree in math education and have a job as an 8th grade math teacher in Everett
- I’m generally a cleanly roommate and am very considerate and always willing to work out any issues/disagreements or whatever by talking and communicating. Overall very easy going 🙂
- during the weeks I’m pretty busy and tend to keep to myself, but I do like to socialize and would like to be friends with whoever I live with
- I like to craft (crochett, paint, embroider, mosaic, etc.), cook, bake, play NYTs games, grab a drink, go to concerts, watch movies, be outside and explore
- I am getting a cat very soon so ideally ur a pet person!
