Laid back female looking for a living situation closer to my new work office in Roseville. Preferably August 1st. I do home inspections for a living. I have been a caretaker for the properties I’ve lived in for past twenty years. They have eliminated my caretaking position due to new property management company so I am on a search for a compatable roommate situation until I can afford to buy my own home in year or two. I have a pretty consistent schedule of first or second shift. Active on the weekends. I am not a heavy partier, but enjoy a couple margaritas when the mood strikes. I am ok with pot but would prefer not to come home to a cloud of smoke every day.

I am a beekeeper, love the arts, live music, play a handful of instruments, but mostly play uke on occasion. I will not make anyone suffer if its not your thing. 😝

Communication and respect is very important to me. I am very passionate about the environment and lean left politically.

I enjoy the occasional dinner party but its not a deal breaker. I have lived alone for years and rarely had guests. I do look forward to cooking for someone on occasion. I really enjoy that aspect of cohabiting with like minded individuals.
