Seeking Safe & Affordable Housing

Description

My apartment building was purchased by LIV Management in April . I recently graduated on May . June 9th, I was informed that the new management will be renovating 6 units at a time and giving each tenant a day notice during each phase.
Many of the new units are $k for a studio and I currently pay $
for a 1-bedroom. I am aware this is difficult to find now and will need to downsize or consider moving in with someone until I am fully financially prepared to live at the new inflated costs. I have one 5lb cat named Miyagi. I plan on testing for my nursing degree but still have a year of pre-requisite requirements to complete. Therefore, I am seeking a quiet place that respects my need for sleep and time to study. I work full time in Malibu, CA.
