We are looking for a laid-back, very responsible, considerate person who immediately cleans up after themselves, especially in common areas. Must have proof of income and prior rental references, MUST PAY RENT ON TIME or a $ late fee will be applied.

We drink socially, but no one here drinks excessively. If you do... it won't work out. We are clean, busy, friendly, and drama-free. We are looking for a similar person to join us as a third roommate.

We have a housekeeper every other week
