Close to a lot of restaurants and cafés, and right between two universities (Vandervilt and Belmont) The vibe is chill, respectful and clean! Ideal for student or young professional. As you can see in the floor plan, the apartment is spacious! I would be using room dividers to separate the dining area and turn it into a cozy, private room. It fits a twin bed perfectly—with space to spare for other furniture! The kitchen, bathroom, and living room will be shared common areas for us to enjoy or we can share the bedroom!
