Perfect spot for a Lewis & Clark or OHSU student. Nestled halfway between Lewis & Clark and downtown Portland

Available late summer for the academic year (happy to work with your schedule).

The Room:
• Furnished
you prefer more space)
• Built-in IKEA wardrobe with doors (not pictured but will be installed prior to move in)
• Desk (not pictured, as we want your input on size/preferences to make sure it works for you)
• Blackout curtains
• TV in room, plus access to shared living room TV. We also have speakers for music in kitchen and patio with Spotify

• Washer/dryer in unit

The Home:
• bath Condo is small condo community

• Shared with a married couple (Shannon & Dustin) in our early small dogs. We both work full time. Shannon works from home 3 days a week (in bedroom/office w/dogs). Typically out on the weekends.
• Quiet vibe: we’re early risers but keep things mellow, don’t mind night owls
• Kitchen access: you’ll have your own food but free to share staples like coffee pods, cooking oil, condiments, cleaning supplies. (we purchase these)
• No microwave currently, but we’ll get one if you want one (have a toaster oven and regular oven)
• Access to beautiful shared patio (with room to store 1 bike)
• Air conditioner
• High Speed Internet w/cable and HBO

Bathroom:
• Mostly private: bathroom is yours, but toilet may occasionally be used by other residents if other bathroom is occupied.

Details:
• Rent is all utilities included
• Move in fee is refundable deposit minus small background check fee
• Must carry renters insurance for duration of lease
• 9-month lease minimum (perfect for academic year)
• Street parking available via year permit or free street parking on same block

Location:
• John’s Landing / South Portland
• ~ min bus to Lewis & Clark, min walk to OHSU tram
• Walkable to coffee shops, a couple bars, and beautiful waterfront
