The property is a bathroom house in Southeast Las Vegas. The room being leased out is a private room (furnished) with a shared bathroom with another tenant across the hallway.

Utilities/amenities are included with rent (including in-ground pool, laundry/dryer unit in garage, driveway/street parking for all vehicles, shared cookware/appliances, communal drinking water dispenser, high-speed internet, etc.). Pictures shown are from purchase (current will be presented during interview/onboarding).

The overall neighborhood is family-oriented and mostly quiet throughout the week.

I, the homeowner, and the other tenant in the bedroom across the hallway are local professionals who spend much of the weekdays at work and weekends doing the things we love around the city. We are looking for another professional who is responsible, clean, and flexible as we work towards a peaceful and productive home environment.
