Room for rent in a house in a nice Gilbert neighborhood! Private room with small walk in closet, 2 windows, a shared bathroom. You also get the upstairs loft if you want to use it. It has a pullout couch, a inch tv already. Money covers rent and utilities. We do have 3 dogs but they are the best ever! and my grandmother lives with me. I stay in my room mostly and She just stays in her area and watches tv and cleans all day, good roommates to have!
Backyard has turf, a grill and fireplace, feel free to use. Kitchen is loaded with all utensils and pots and air fryer feel free to use, just clean up after yourself! Community has a ton of parks and pools and San tan mall is super close, next to all grocery stores and very close
freeway access. Looking for an immediate move in! Bad roomate situation unfortunately, looking for someone who is a general overall good person with a steady job!
