Hi. We’re looking for a third roommate, working professional, preferably female to join a new lease b at Avalon Silicon Valley Apartment in Sunnyvale. (we’re ok if two want to share a room).

The lease starts July months lease

Have to be fine with a pet since we have a young and sweet dog.

You’ll get your own bed and private detached bath (bedroom2).
Reserved parking space is $/month but there’s also free guest parking where you can park.
The room is on the first floor and has a pool view.
In unit luandry
A huge gym opens
Children playground and a dog park
Gated community

There’s a $ background screening
Room will be $ including internet + utilities

You’ll have 2 roommate. One is female in sport industry with the dog taking bedroom 3 and one male in tech taking bedroom 1.
