Description

The room is furnished with a comfortable bed, dresser, ceiling light/fan, and a TV (connected to Apple TV streaming box). The space is cozy but functional and clean. There's a mostly private hall bathroom which will primarily be used by you and may occasionally be shared with guests. The bathroom also houses the washer and dryer for household convenience. Rent includes fiber internet, utilities, kitchen access with storage, assigned parking, and possible shared use of personal items.

Also living in the home are two [mid-twenties] roommates who value a respectful, relaxed, and friendly living environment. Then, there’s the third roommate: the sweetest, most low-maintenance dog with the biggest heart full of love. She’s great with people, well-behaved, and understands household boundaries. Since we do already have one animal, additional pets (cats, dogs, etc.) might not be okay, primarily for the safety, comfort, and security of everyone in the home.

Now, the real magic happens outside the room. This home is truly a gem when it comes to location. There’s access to major freeways and is just minutes to four different downtowns and town centers. Plus, you’re only about minutes from a variety of beautiful local beaches, nature spots, and even more surrounding cities with their own vibrant downtowns.
