I'm an early s queer person looking for a place to live for the remainder of the year (or longer). I have one cat who will be coming with me (non-negotiable). I mostly do wfh, so consistent internet is a must. I have a car, and I go to the office days a week (standard hours) so parking will need to accommodate that.
