Rental is for one private unfurnished bedroom with a small closet.
Rent is $ per month everything included. (Water, Heat, Electric, Wifi, Laundry (shared with tenants), a parking space if needed, access to some storage space in garage.)
Bathroom, common areas and kitchen are shared with myself and my very friendly cat, Captain Jack. Suite will be mostly furnished.
Suite is a ground-floor walkout, there are exactly 2 steps up to the door.
There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the house.
