The room for rent is a furnished bedroom with a wardrobe. Furnishings include queen size bed, side table, mirror, desk and a chair.

I am looking for a tidy, like-minded quiet individual who is either studying or working, considerate and who can pay rent on time. I'm a female working professional. I have a shy cat at home. Ideal flatmate would be a pet lover.

You'll be easy-going and independent, responsible and tidy and share in keeping the place clean.

You will be sharing common areas (kitchen bathroom and lounge) with myself and one other flatmate.

Rent: $ p/week
Bills: Separate - Monthly basis
Property is located on a private lane so the parking is limited. As shown in pictures there is a narrow driveway so if you’re parking your car in the driveway you’ll have to be flexible moving the car when needed.

Bond: 2 weeks rent ($)
