Private Room for Rent

Description

Private room and a mobile home, I live in a very quiet neighborhood. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and stove all included.

Rent gets you everything. The only reason that would go up is because of the energy bill, but you understand that. I am currently in a month-to-month lease with my landlord, so we would have a roommate agreement that is legally binding.

I need somebody for at least months, a lot of freedom here. Not a whole lot of rules that you would find in an apartment complex. I am dog friendly and I currently have a dog, any pets are $ per pet per month on top of the rent.

Straight parking on the weekends but plenty of space in the driveway for two cars, I also have a security system and fingerprint lock.
