This garden-level room offers a tranquil view of trees and the surrounding grounds. While it receives limited sunlight, the unit remains pleasantly cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Near the Boston College stop on the MBTA Green Line (B Train)

Living Arrangement:
You will be sharing the space with a quiet, respectful elderly Chinese couple in their s.

Shared areas include:

One bathroom

A dining area with a separate dining table for your use

A microwave is available for shared use

Please bring your own furnishings, including a bed.

No kitchen utensils, dishes, or cookware are provided.

The laundry room is just two doors away and operated via the Automatic Laundry app or laundry .

The apartment offers secure entry via a master key, and packages are safely stored.

We are seeking a mature, responsible individual

Quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces

Comfortable living independently with a calm and predictable schedule

We ask that tenants:

Clean up after themselves (no dirty dishes left in the sink)

Help take out the trash occasionally

No pets preferred

Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and supermarkets ( minute walk)

Located next to a beautiful park, lake, and seasonal swimming pool
