Large 3-bedroom with open living room, large kitchen, lots of counter space & cabinets, pantry with shelves and a patio. Apartment has lots of parking with and we have 1 covered space. Hardwood floors, no carpet! Apartment is furnished. Laundry in-unit and dishwasher. Central A/C & Heating. Tall ceilings. Shoes-off inside.

I have a 9 year old border collie, who is mellow and friendly. One roommate here also has a cat. Due to our apartment only accepting two animals, we would be unable to accept any more pets.
Bedroom: room with 2 windows and sliding glass door to patio. Shared bathroom with other roommate. Bedroom has a lot of sunlight, great for plants!
Apartment complex has a pool with cabanas, hot tub, gym, tennis courts, and club house with grills. It's a very calm, quiet neighborhood.
Shopping centers close by includes Costco, Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Sprouts, Vons, TJ Maxx, In & Out, Chik-Fil-A, and lots of other stores. Two Hour Fitness locations close by. Close access to the .

We are looking for a roommate between the ages of , with experience living with roommates. Someone who is respectful, courteous, and friendly. Cleaning responsibilities are shared. Each roommate has 2 designated laundry days.
Quiet hours are midnight to 7am.
Overnight guests are allowed, no more than 5 consecutive nights. If your guest stays longer, we need communication about the length of the stay.
