Short walk to River North/Streeterville and great location for those working at Northwestern in downtown.

Your Space:
- Private, furnished bedroom (queen bed, desk, closet, linens). Can also rent unfurnished.
- Shared access to a open-concept living space with designer furniture
- Shared shower, but with two separate toilet rooms for added privacy
- In-unit laundry
- Semi-private rooftop access with city views

About the Unit:
- two bathrooms (you’ll be sharing a shower with one working professional—me)
- Central heat/AC, fast Wi-Fi, secure entry
- All utilities flat at $/month (covers electricity, water, internet, etc.)
- Permitted street parking only
- One-month security deposit required
- No pets please (per HOA rules)

Working professional in marketing. Chill, clean, and respectful. I enjoy living in a calm, elevated space and I’m looking for someone who values the same. I travel occasionally and work hybrid.
