We're starting up with a new fresh batch of roomies, so all rooms are going to be available this summer, two opening up this weekend.

Background checks to be done on all roomies, and there will be a meeting with all perspective roominess to make sure everyone gets along well to avoid future problems.

The master bedroom has a private fridge and bath. The student couple living there has been allowed to end their lease early after getting a new car, however the room was promised to someone in Dec, so we're looking to do a shorter term lease on the master, with possible option to extend if the Dec deal falls through.
