I am looking for a new roommate (preferably young professional s, I am ) to fill a bedroom in my bath house. The availability would come any time after June 1st and the total rent would be $ ( including electric and utilities). The listing is only for one roommate meaning there would only be 2 people in the house, so they would have their own bed and bath. The house is sqft and comes with all necessary appliances, furnished living room/ common area and a big backyard with grill. The location is great! Located right off palmetto park rd. , 4 min from FAU, min from downtown Boca and beaches. It is within walking distance of a Publix and chick fil a,
and backs up to a public park with tennis courts, swimming pool, volleyball court, etc. It is a quiet neighborhood, so looking for someone who is not overly rowdy.
