Hello!
We have a private, upstairs room available in our -bedroom home in Beacon Hill. This is the en-suite room of the house with a large walk-in closet and own full bathroom. The room is large and well lit with two windows in the bedroom and one in the bathroom.

We are about a ten-minute walk from the light rail and Red Apple. We are a house of LGBTQ+ folks who like to keep things peaceful and tidy, but also have roommate get togethers, game/karaoke nights, etc.

Total move-in cost will be $, no for last month’s rent, just first and deposit. Lease is starting July 1st for a year, but early move-outs can be communicated with the landlords, and how it’s been done in the past is that the person moving just needs to help with finding a replacement.
Landlords require credit score and good rental history.


There are currently three cats living here, but for the time being the roommates would prefer not to add more pets to the mix.

• Wheelchair Accessibility- Not wheelchair accessible.

• Drug and alcohol use- Alcohol is fine, marijuana is okay as long as it’s not being smoked indoors.

• Steps and stairs in the house- There are steps up to the front door and all of the rooms are on the second floor.

• Amount of light in room- Each bedroom has one window. Common areas are very open and large and have a lot of windows.

• Is any labor past the standard household chores expected of tenants? - We mainly expect that people pick up after themselves and wash their dishes soon after using them so that the sink isn’t full! We are in the process of figuring out a general tidying up schedule for the house!

• Proximity to public transportation - We’re a short walk from the light rail and just a couple blocks from the .

• Noise level of house - We like to keep it generally quiet, but we do have some instruments here that will sometimes get played at reasonable hours for reasonable amounts of time.
