I am looking to sublet the master bedroom in a Condo located in Henderson, Nevada from July -September . (Female Only)

-Amenities include: master bed/ bath, walk-in closet kitchen, laundry, main rooms, outdoor patio/fireplace, community pool/ hot tub.

-The second bed/ bath is already rented out.

-I would place all of my personal belongings in storage aside from the main furniture & tv.

-It is very spacious and is located in a quiet neighborhood.

-Rent =$ per month
-Security Deposit= $

-Length of term: 2 months (July -September )
